July 15, 2004 - Due date for 1st Extension of Time for Partnerhip, REMIC & Certain Trust Returns. An Additional Extension of Time can be filed until October 15, 2004.

With the advent of Summer employment for children, we remind clients that their children can earn up to $4,850 in 2004 without any Federal taxes. The NY State level is only $3,000, so withhold taxes accordingly.
