Important January Dates:

Personal Income Taxes
January 17, 2005 - Final Estimated Tax Payments are due.

Payroll Tax Returns
January 31, 2005 - All W-2's must be available to employee's. They must be either mailed or be available for pickup by this date. Also W-3's & W-2's must be mailed to Social Security Administration.

All Payroll tax return forms 941, 940 & NYS-45 must be filed by January 31, 2005.

NYS LLC Filing Fees
January 30, 2005 - The due date for filing NYS Form IT 204-LL with payment.
