Thomas H. Pratt Jr. & Associates, Inc. (Also known as Pratt & Associates) was incorporated in 1987. The firm has been operational in various other forms (sole proprietorship and partnership) since 1969. Many changes in format have occurred over the years, but client concerns and needs have always remained our top priority.

Our efforts to maintain the professional skills required in the tax, accounting and financial fields today are constantly ongoing. We not only remain knowledgeable of tax laws and financial information by attending continuing education seminars, but by substantial interaction with our varied client base.

We are a small firm that specializes in small to medium sized businesses and individual needs. Our main concern is to have a "hands on" approach. We encourage all of our clients to ask questions, during the year, so we may assist in shaping the final results of the year.
